Our venue at 281 Swan Street Richmond occupies the entire level which means that when you hire the venue, there will be no other parties on the premises – the venue will be exclusively yours for the duration of your hire.
Your hire includes:
- Large, elegant foyer 10 x 6 meters
- Main Function Room 20 x 10 meters
- Sound system and lighting are included which means you don’t need to hire sound equipment. Simply connect via bluetooth. Or alternatively you may wish to hire a DJ and we have the appropriate connections for their decks too
- Separate male and female bathrooms
- Kitchenette
- We do not run a bar and therefore there is no minimum spend requirement with us. You are welcome to bring your own catering including alcohol.
