About Business Lounge at Dexus Place 1 Margaret Street
A vibrant setting
The Business Lounge is a beautiful open space, flooded with light during the day and overlooking the city. The copper details and red telephone box, together with comfortable armchairs, give the Lounge a unique, more laid-back atmosphere that serves both breakouts and meetings well.
The space can seat up to 40 people, but for standing events it can accommodate even 80 guests.
Dexus Place 1 Margaret
The meeting rooms at 1 Margaret Street are flooded with natural light and the break out spaces are studded with unique design details like copper piping and a red London telephone box.
It’s easily accessible from Barangaroo via the Wynyard Walk, and boasts 14 rooms for more intimate meetings of 5-14pax. Larger business events are catered for, with 3 training rooms, 3 formal boardrooms, a large auditorium space, the Immersive Studio and our Business Lounges.
