The Telopea conference room is 59sqm and can hold up to 29 persons in a classroom/tutorial format.

Enjoy flexible and affordable conference facilities at the University of Sydney – Regiment Building. Choose from 5 conference spaces on a private floor, perfect for those looking to host corporate conferences, general meetings or events.
All spaces are furnished, equipped with modern amenities and fully connected for digital presentation and virtual meeting requirements (rooms large enough for up to 29 people). The rooms can be setup in a variety of layouts including U-shape, classroom style, boardroom or tell us what you have in mind!
The rate includes the conference space, plus the following:
- Delegate pack (pen, notebook, mints and water)
- Microphone
- Speakers
- LCD Monitor
- Laptop connection
- Air conditioning
- Wi-Fi internet
- White boards
- IR assistive listening system – to connect with hearing aid
Bookings are offered for a minimum of 1 hour and maximum 8 hours and hourly rates apply thereafter.
Each conference location is designed to provide a comfortable space which allows the exchange of big ideas and discussions. An added advantage is that the conference facilities are centrally located and easy to reach by public transport or is close to paid on campus or street parking.
