Our magnificent Clubhouse offers a choice of two venue spaces, the River Room and Perie Banou Room. For Larger functions, both rooms seamlessly combine, catering for up to 350 guests for a cocktail event and 160 guests for a banquet dinner with a dancefloor.

The River Room

The River Room is guaranteed to dazzle your guests.

With floor to ceiling windows offering unbeatable views of the Swan River and Perth cityscape, and natural light to capture the picture-perfect moment.

Featuring exclusive access to the Seafarers Balcony and Americas Cup Cocktail Lounge and Private Bar, the River Room can also be extended into the Perie Banou Room for a larger event space.

The Perie Banou Room

The Perie Banou Room is a versatile function area suitable for a variety of events.

From corporate functions such as training sessions, workshops and audio-visual presentations, to dinners, and social cocktail events.
