Chu the Phat offers a large mezzanine level overlooking Melbourne Street and an intimate bar area on the lower level.
With a contemporary menu set to delight, excite and surprise the senses with a focus on Asian street food drawing on flavors from the hawker stalls of Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan.
