About The Quadrangle at Sancta Sophia College

The Quadrangle at Sancta Sophia College is a large lush rectangular garden space in the centre of the main building. It offers tranquillity, nature, and simplicity and has been used for large outdoor functions such as open-air cinemas, weddings, cocktail parties, and summer banquets holding up to 400 guests.

Sancta Sophia College is located on the edge of the CBD and within the grounds of University of Sydney. It is a grand residential College constructed in 1925. With its spectacular heritage rooms, high ceilings, wood panelling and fire places, you are surrounded by history.

The venue offers in-house catering and beverages or you may bring in your own caterer. In addition to venue spaces, Sancta has modern accommodation rooms with ensuite available throughout the year (depending on availability) for the complete event solution.
