For sit down festivities, the a la carte menu is priced at $130 per person. Alternatively, for a more casual gathering, check out the array of platters, boards, and sliders on offer (varying prices). There’s plenty of vegetarian options in the mix and they will also cater to gluten free and vegan requirements on request. Drinks packages start at $45pp for 2 hours.

Originally built in the 1905, The Warehouse features a 7 metre high loft-style ceiling, exposed brick walls, and the original archway windows. As a homage to yesteryear, this unique venue hosts discerning events in it’s grand loft-style indoor event space and open-air rooftop terrace.
This venue is big enough to host a large company celebration with a capacity of 240 for banquet and 500 for cocktail style. Spanning over 3 levels, the space is versatile and features an island bar on the main floor.

This alternative style function room is blessed with rustic red brick walls, polished concrete floors, exposed steel beams, a giant crystal chandelier, festoon lighting and a private entrance. Factory 51 prepare delicious canapes, cocktail dishes and take pride in their craft beer and boutique wine choices. There’s even a dance floor for the groovers and the polished concrete floors allow for spontaneous fun anywhere in the room!

8. Ovolo Inchcolm, Spring Hill

Inspired by it’s architectural heritage, boutique Brisbane Hotel’s Ovolo Inchcolm effortlessly blends vintage character with a concept known as ‘the Cabinet of Curiosity’ – a design scheme by stylist Anna Roberts; the inclusion of odd books, artefacts and objects in the hotel’s 50 rooms.
Oozing with character, the atmosphere of this venue will still make even the most renowned micro-managers want to relax. The Charleston Room is a multi-use space for up to 140 guests which can be divided into three smaller spaces. It shares the theming of the hotel and boasts heritage style windows filtering the daytime natural light or the evenings city lights. If you are looking for a small, private dining space, they also have The Foxtrot Room with a long table for up to 12 guests. Three function rooms are available; the largest is a marquee with a capacity of 400 standing and 250 seated. The Heritage Room holds up to 150 standing and 90 seated. The smallest room, The Elaine Room has a capacity of 50 standing and 40 seated. All event spaces are tastefully decorated with AV facilities, additional amenities and special touches.

A private dining room caters for up to 16 people and is perfect for a small team to celebrate the year over good food and drinks. Two intimate bar function rooms, packed with character can work well for standing or seated functions between 16 and 70 people. The stunning Leichardt Room, located on the top floor can accommodate up to 100 people for a standing event, 80 for sit down and comes with its own private balconies.
Catering options range from grazing stations, platters and canapés to set menus and banquets. If your crew likes craft beer, they will be happy; their premium and superior drinks packages come with a couple of interesting tap options compared to the normal fare.
